NOTE:  It is highly recommended that you make an appointment for an informal discussion about your assessment rather than wait until grievance day. Your questions and concerns can often be resolved more efficiently and to your satisfaction during this process as you will be able to see how your assessment was derived, review the data used to arrive at your assessment, present your information and ask any questions or raise any concerns you may have. Also note that the projected assessment on the opposite side of this notice is based on the property’s status as of December 31, 2023.  If changes have been made to the parcel since that time, it is possible that the assessment could change based on any changes made to the property by March 1st 2024, Taxable Status Date.  If any changes were made during that time, they will be reflected on the Tentative Assessment Notices mailed in the beginning of May, 2024.
